Brochures Our business has been built on dealing with customers in a personal manner - over the counter, or by telephone.We do however realise that many of our customers find brochures a useful way of choosing products. During mid-2009 we will be adding a selection of product brochures for customers to download onto their PC - cheaper, quicker and more environmentally friendly than sending colour brochures through the post. Because of the nature of many products, e.g. solid oak flooring, deckboards, sleepers etc. there will be no brochures available - they represent an un-necessary extra cost. However, we will happily supply customers with image of these products wherever possible to make selection easier.
