Balustrade panels

These balustrade panels offer an attractive alternative, or addition, to traditional spindles. The sunrise (pictured left) and herringbone panels are normally interspersed with square spindles to make up 1.8 metre bays; very often an installer would alternate one bay of square spindles with a bay of panel/spindle bay so as not to over-elaborate the deck appearance. Southern Timber also carry black aluminium coated spindles which could be usd with these panels.

Black powder coated spindle runs and glass balustrade kits are also available, they are suitable for deck installations not higher than 600mm. Tuscany panels feature black coated tubular rails with pre-cut horizontal timber rails. Examples of these panels are on display in the decking area outside the Office at Southern Timber
