Omega

The Florence was a privacy panel topped with an undulating convex lattice and was the most popular decorative panel in the Southern Timber range. In March 2010 we introduced the Omega panel which is virtually identical but the slats are secured with small stainless steel screws.

Horizontal slats are carefully machined to a smooth finish and are arranged either side of the vertical battens to provide a strong panel which allows the wind to pass carefully through. While this provides shelter for the garden it also presents less wind resistance and allows the use of either 75mm (3”) or 100mm (4”) posts when installing.

Finished with a quality channelled frame around all edges and available as 1.8 metre wide x 1.8 metre high (just under 6’ square) and 1.8 metre wide x 1.2 metre high (just under 6’ wide and 4’ high).

The introduction of the Omega panel has also meant we can now offer a gate to match - the arched lattice top gate. We also can offer the Omega Wing, a half-panel which is ideal for finishing the fence run.
