Sika Primer MB

Sika Primer MB is a two component primer and moisture regulator. It provides moisture control for concrete and cementitious substrates with a moisture content up to 4%. On concrete, cement and anhydrite screeds and refurbished substrates it performs consolidation of the substrate. Thirdly on old adhesive residues and broadcast mastic asphalt it improves adhesive qualities, thus reducing the quantities of adhesive required

Sika Primer MB is easy to use and solvent free. Because it can be laid on 'damp' (see Sika's specifiaction sheets for details)concrete it can help speed up installation of flooring in new builds or where new concrete floors have been laid. it is also suitable for use with sub-floor heating systems.

Supplied in 5kg and 10kg tins the coverage will depend on substrate, but Sika quote 400-600g per sq. metre. This gives a yield of 8.3 - 12.5 sq. metres for a 5kg tin and 18.6 - 25.0 sq. metrs for the 10kg tin.
