SikaBond T52

SikaBond T52 is a one part elastic adhesive for wood flooring. It can be used with solid and engineered wood floors, parquet flooring and chipboard - for these purposes it would be applied with a trowel. SikaBond T52 can also be used with skirtingboards and thresholds.

The key feature is that the elastic nature of the adhesive reduces the stress between the substrate level and the wooden flooring. It is suitable for sub-floor heating and also helps to reduce the sounds from foot traffic.

Supplied in 600ml sausage form the coverage will depend on substrate, but Sika quote 700-900 g per sq. metre, which means one sausage would cover between 0.67m2 and 0.85m2.
