Treatex - Exterior Oil

Treatex offer exterior oils that can be used to preserve and enhance many types of timber, the range offers an eco-friendly alternative to other products whilst also offering high levels of protection in a selection of colours.

These exterior colour oils from treatex are ideal for use on cladding, garden furniture, boats, doors and window frames and come in a range of 13 shades, including primary colours, wood stains and clear. The oil gives permanent protection for wood inside and out, is solvent free and contains no pollutants. It is made from organic pigments and natural based oils such as tung oil, thistle oil, soya bean and sunflower oil. The oil gives a microporous surface with high UV protection and is easy to maintain. The clever formulation is quick drying and simultaneously stains and oils the wood. It can also be used over old finishes, requiring only a light sanding, and thus saving on preparation time.. Available in 1 litre and 2.5 litre tins.

The Larch coloured exterior oil is the shade recommended by Treatex to be used with Cedar products, enhancing the natural coliur for those who don't want the cedar to weather to grey shades.
