Workshops

Our medium-duty workshops use 16mm tongue & groove shiplap and the heavy-duty workshops use 19mm tongue & groove shiplap, both use 22mm Planed tongue & groove for the floor

The width of the standard door entrance is 75cm (2ft 6"), which should be sufficient for most garden machinery, including lawnmowers. Doors are constructed so they can be hung on the right or left hand-side of the opening, please advise if you have a preference. The windows are made from 3mm glass. Customers can select door and window positioning; double doors and extra windows are also available at an extra cost.

All workshop roofs are made from tongue & grooved timber and then covered in 38Kg roofing felt, making them durable and waterproof. Workshops are constructed using pressure treated (Tanalith-E)timbers to increase the service life of the structure - please phone for latest prices.

Each workshop is delivered in sectional kit form and they are relatively easy to assemble. If necessary we can supply details of tradesmen to erect your shed in most areas of South Devon; their fee will depend on the amount of work involved.

Medium duty workshops are constructed from 16mm Shiplap Cladding, 16mm Tongued and grooved roof, 22mm tongued and grooved floor, workshop style opening windows and framed ledged and braced doors c/w Mortice Lock, standard felt 34x44 framing.

Heavy Duty workshops:

Heavy duty workshops are constructed from 18mm heavy duty shiplap claddings, 16mm tongued and grooved Roof, 22mm heavy duty tongued and grooved floor, workshop style opening windows, 70 x 45 cls Heavy Duty Framing, Frame Ledged and Braced Doors c/w Mortice Locks, heavy duty felt, trellis type roof support.
