Featheredge Shed 6' x 4'

We were so impressed with the quality of this English constructed featheredge shed we have decided to stock it. Other featheredge sheds are usually made overseas and use preservative dipped featheredge and framing timbers.

These sheds use UK grown timber, the featheredge is then machined in England and after pressure treatment the shed sections are manufactured on the same site. All the cladding and framing timbers are pressure treated to increase the service life of the shed.

This Apex featheredge shed is constructed using pressure treated timber to increase the service life of the structure. The walls are made from 2ex-22mm x 125mm featheredge cladding using 32mm x 50mm finished size timbers for framing.

The door opening is 1.72m (5' 8") and the internal eaves height is 1.83m (6ft.) providing reasonable entrance access and standing room inside. The window opening is approx. 560mm wide x 480mm high and glazed with 3mm horticultural glass.

Both the shed floor and shed roof are made using 11mm OSB and the roof is then covered in 20Kg roofing felt. Fixings are included and the door hinges and bolt are both galvanised. Delivery is free throughout most of South Devon, please verify when ordering.

Each shed is delivered in sectional kit form and they are relatively easy to assemble. If necessary we can supply details of tradesmen to erect your shed in most areas of South Devon; their fee will depend on the amount of work involved.
