Our Monthly Newsletter – keeping abreast of the latest news at Southern Timber
It isn’t easy keeping everybody informed of the Latest News at Southern Timber. To keep our customers as up-to-date as possible we produce a Monthly Newsletter. The Newsletter outlines a selection of new products, price movements and an overview of what is happening around us. We would encourage all our Trade customers – landscapers, builders, roofers, joiners, gardeners, developers & architects to sign up for their monthly email copy. A generic price list is also available via email on request. These Price Lists cover our most popular items. Invariably a few items are changed each week in response to Supplier’s price changes.
Continuing expansion in 2018
During the latter part of 2017 we completed the first phase of our Office rebuild. This represents a considerable investment and commitment to maintaining and improving our services to all of our customers. There will be further expansion during 2018 at our Ipplepen premises. Our website has also been changed. The appearance has been kept largely the same, but we have now added an ECommerce facility where appropriate on several ranges of products. More products will be added to the ECommerce option during the next few months
Deliveries to Devon, Cornwall and beyond
We operate in a fast moving, dynamic and competitive industry. As a large independent Timber Merchant we can offer competitive prices on our extensive stock-holding, plus keen pricing for more specialised timber products. Based near Newton Abbot in Devon we are ideally based to serve Devon & Cornwall, using our own transport fleet. Other areas can often be served by the Palletline distribution network.
