Beach Hut

The Rowlinson Beach Hut makes an ideal base where the kids can play safely in the family garden. Play inside the timber playhouse when wind and rain threaten. They can open the stable style door and venture down the ladder to the sandpit area during any sunny spells. While the pressure treatment provides some protection against the elements we would recommend periodic painting with a quality timber preservative. Positioning the timber building on free draining hardcore or gravel would also be recommended.

All of Rowlinson’s childrens’ buildings are compliant with European standard EN71 for child safety. These children’s products are regularly reviewed and re-tested when necessary to comply with current legislation. Rowlinson’s Beach Hut is delivered free of charge to most of the UK Mainland. This children’s playhouse  is supplied complete with detailed instructions and fittings for easy two person assembly.

Dimensions

The overall height of this Beach Hut is 3000 mm and width of 1550 mm, whilst the platform height is 1420 mm.  The Sandpit area is 1200 mm wide by 2100 mm long with a depth of 300 mm holding a max capacity of 750 litres.

Availability and Delivery 

Finally all Rowlinson’s Garden Products are supplied direct from their Cheshire Warehouse. Therefore no Playhouses are available for collection from our Devon premises.
While most parts of Mainland UK are eligible for free delivery a few remote areas will have to pay a delivery surcharge. Therefore please see Delivery details for Post Codes affected.

Rowlinsons offer Free Home Delivery throughout most of mainland UK* and aim to supply this playhouse within 14 days. While no help is required with the delivery there must be somebody on site to accept and sign for the goods. All our Rowlinsons products are supplied in sectional or kit form and will require some assembly

If you are employing someone to assemble this product for you it is advisable to arrange this after the receipt of the item/items in case of unforeseen delay in delivery or access

*Deliveries to some parts of Scotland and Swansea will incur a £25 (including VAT) Surcharge. The Post Codes affected are those beginning with KA, FK, KY, DD, PA and SA
