Brass Rope Hook
The brass rope hook provides a visual barrier for decking and landscaping applications. The Brass Rope Hook is for use with 26mm or 28mm rope. Our 28mm Polyhemp rope is a more stable product than manila rope which tends to change colour and shrinks when it gets wet.
The Polyhemp rope should be used with our range of rope fittings: rope end; handrail bracket and the rope hook/rope eye on plate. All of these fittings are available in chrome plated brass, or as solid brass products complete with screw fixings. because these are quality finished rope fittings they help to provide a special finishing touch. However, drilling holes through wooden posts for rope will reduce the integral strength in your decking posts
The Brass Rope Hook is meant to be used with 26mm or 28mm Poly Hemp rope. This fixing is normally used with the Brass Rope Eye which is priced separately. Made of solid brass. Remember all cut rope ends should also be finished with a waterproof tape.
