Cottage Oak Dark Brown + is part of the Quick-Step Balance Click + vinyl collection.  There are three popular options for each Balance vinyl floor: Click, Click Plus and Glue Plus. For more challenging installations there are Rigid Click and Rigid Click + options as well. The specification details listed below are for the Click + option.

Cottage Oak Dark Brown + 

Firstly there are 22 colour/design options in the Quick-Step Balance collection. This Cottage Oak Dark Brown option, along with all the balance Click collection, is supplied in pack sizes of 2.105 square metres.  The Balance Click vinyl planks are 4.5mm thick and can be laid on irregular sub-floors with irregularities of up to 4mm wide and 1mm in depth.  Balance Click vinyl planks are 1251mm in length with a width of 187mm, each pack containing nine planks.

The floor design pattern is plank, bevelled on all four sides with a modern micro-bevel. Furthermore all of the Balance Click vinyls have a matt finish and are water resistant making them suitable for bathroom use.   Therefore they can be used in environments that are occasionally wet, such as a bathroom or kitchen. However this type of flooring should not be used in saunas, steam baths, showers and other extremely wet environments.

Both Click versions are compatible with low temperature underfloor heating.  Because of the components used in the manufacture of this product it meets Class 33 standard.  This means the Balance Click + is suitable for higher foot-traffic in domestic settings or light commercial use.

As for maintenance the Balance Click boards are ready for whatever can be thrown at it. All Quick-Step vinyl floors are sealed with a “Stain Guard” to help keep the floor clean and looking good. Balance Click vinyls also feature “Scratch Guard” to provide greater protection than other vinyls on the market.

Manufacturers Warranty 

Finally, the Balance Click + flooring qualifies for a Manufacturers 25 year domestic warranty. Commercial installations are eligible for 5 Years Warranty but can apply for up to a maximum 15 years Manufacturer’s Warranty. The Click fitting on the vinyl is warranted for up to 33 years
