This Natural Varnished  Oak Ultra laminate flooring is part of the Quick-Step Impressive Ultra collection. The Impressive Ultra collection comprises twenty different options with shades varying from light browns, to greys and darker browns. Similarly also in the range is a Soft Oak Natural

Natural Varnished Oak Ultra: IMU3106

Firstly, each plank is 1380mm in length combined with a generous width of 190mm. All of the Impressive Ultra collection laminate boards are 12mm thick. Pack size for this Impressive Ultra laminate flooring is 1.311 square metres and each pack contains 5 planks. The floor design pattern is 1 strip, beveled on all 4 sides with a V groove. The design of this flooring replicates oak boards and the planks have a silk surface finish.

Impressive Ultra flooring is produced using Class 33 technology and components as opposed to Impressive flooring’s Class 32. Consequently the Ultra option provides extra wear-resistant flooring that is better suited to higher traffic areas and applications. Laminate Flooring Installation

These boards feature the Uniclic installation method – floor laying made easy. A comprehensive set of Installation Instructions is available from our downloads section. Likewise  with most Quick-Step floors they are compatible with low temperature underfloor heating. The Manufacturer of this laminate flooring operates several levels of Warranty. For standard domestic use there is a structural 25 Year Warranty and a water resistance 10 Year Warranty. Finally, with Commercial installations the Warranty is 10 years for both categories.

Resisting everything, even water!

Customers normally want their new floor to be as durable and trouble-free as possible. Natural Varnished  Oak is part of the Impressive collection of laminate floors. While these latest generation laminate floors look stylish and natural, but they can also take a knock or two. Above all, they are 100% resistant to water. Quick-Step have several laminate collections that feature a water-repellent HydroSeal coating.  These include the Majestic, Impressive, Classic and Eligna laminates. Therefor this coating also means the floor’s surface is completely sealed, so bacteria, dirt and even liquids can be easily cleaned.  Simply wipe off with a damp cloth, leaving a clean dry surface.

Direct and Free deliveries
Delivery can be made to most Mainland UK addresses. The Hauliers indicate a 2-5 working day lead time for most products dependant on stock. Purchases over £500 including VAT are eligible for free delivery. Any purchases under £500 will incur a delivery charge of £48 including VAT.

Delivery requirements
Please note that the hauliers normally require access for a large delivery lorry. If there are any difficulties for larger vehicles or any possible access restrictions then please advise and we will request a smaller lorry wherever possible.

This is a kerbside delivery so there will need to be an able-bodied person on site to put the flooring under cover and sign for the delivery.
