Tile Profile Roofing sheets

First of all these tile profile roofing sheets are designed to look like a pan tile roof.  This product uses 0.6mm galvanised Swedish Steel which is then formed and given a protective Mica coat on the external face. Available in either Copper Brown or Graphite Grey these Tileform metal sheets give the appearance of traditional clay tiles. The profile height is 41mm, each sheet covers a width of 1000mm and lengths can be machined up to 5 metres in length.

Fixing

The Tileform roofing provides an alternative to our Box Profile galvanised steel roofing option.  Similarly it can be used as a single skin sheeting and cladding on domestic, industrial and agricultural buildings. These Tileform roofing sheets can also be used to over clad an existing roof as the external face of a built up insulated system. Suitable for roof pitches of 12 degrees or higher. Therefore they are suitable for a wide variety of buildings including stables, workshops, garages and larger sheds.

Because all sheets are machined to length between 2.0 and 5.0 metres in increments of 100mm there is minimal waste. The cover of each sheet (allowing for one lap) is 1.0 metres and the suggested purlin spacing is a maximum of 600mm. Each sheet should be fixed through the lower part of the tile profile to the purlin using self drilling TEK screws.

Because of the depth and nature of the tile profile the 32/1000 is considered to be the stronger roofing option.  Weight of the product is approximately 5.9kg per square metre.

Tek screws (sheet to timber and sheet to steel) and coloured caps are stocked in several popular screw lengths.

Colour options are Copper Brown and Graphite Grey.   The internal finish of the sheets are grey polyester.

 Availability

Finally, all tileform profile roofing sheets are cut to special order.  Normal lead time is 15-20 working days.
