While there are many generic fixings available there are times when a specific product is more suited. We keep first fix stainless steel nails for power nailers, annular stainless for traditional fixing and Hardie coloured screws. All installations should invest in at least one tin of HardieSeal Edge Paint
Southern Timber are James Hardie’s Premier Stockists for the South West of England. Our standard HardieBoard price is £13.99 including VAT. However, we have recently introduced volume price breaks. Therefore if you now buy 216, or more, boards then the price will drop to £11.96 including VAT. Most Devon and Cornwall purchases qualify for free delivery. Because longer distance deliveries are undertaken by the Palletline network the cost will vary according to current pallet rates.
We stock a selected range of James Hardie HardiePlank tools. Because they are designed for Hardie products they should make installation both quicker and more professional. Gecko Gauges are invaluable if you are working alone. Likewise HardieBlades and Hardie Guillotines provide a neat and accurate cut. Furthermore these tools can be delivered via Parcelforce to most parts of the UK Mainland.
First of all we maintain stocks of “essential” items, products that provide a little extra on installations. Popular lines include Hardie screws with colour matched heads and HardieSeal edge coating for small repairs on HardieBoards. Finally by using Parcelforce we can usually deliver most Hardie fixings within 24-48 hours.
