Quick-Step Comprehensive Flooring range

The Quick-Step Castello floor collection is part of the Quick-Step parquet flooring range. Quick-Step manufacture and supply engineered timber boards, laminate and quality vinyl options.

Within the Quick Step engineered flooring range there are seven different collections aiming to give maximum options. All Castello engineered flooring options carry a Manufacturers 25 Year Domestic Warranty.

Castello Engineered Oak options

First of all, there are twelve different floor options in the Castello flooring collection. The Castello is similar to the Quick-Step Compact range but with several darker coloured finishes. All these Castello engineered boards feature planks of 1820mm in length combined with a width of 145mm. While these oak faced boards are all 14mm thickness, that includes a face layer of oak of 3.2mm thickness. Because this oak is fixed to a solid spruce core and backing board it is more stable than most solid wood floors.  Finally, these engineered oak boards are finished with UV lacquer or a quality wood oil.

Oak Board and Pack Sizes

Pack size for the Castello engineered oak flooring is 1.583 square metres and each pack contains six full length planks of 1820mm. However, each pack will contain two planks of shorter length to make up the 1820mm. All boards have bevels along the long sides. Floor grades included in the Castello range are either Nature grade or Marquant grade
