Featheredge Capping
When planning your fence, you might want to enhance the appearance with featheredge capping. Stock lengths are 3.6 metre in either rebated or flat-bottomed profile. Both profiles are machined from kiln-dried redwood timber to minimise warping or splitting.
Another enhancement is to fit sawn timber gravel board at the bottom of the fence. This gravel board helps to protect the vertical slats from absorbing too much water from the ground.
