Tongue-Tite stainless screws

Tongue and groove floor boards can be secret fixed with Tongue-Tite stainless screws to timber battened floors. The Tongue-Tite screw has a small, countersunk head which allows a neat flush fix so that the next board can sit snugly in place. Oak is very durable, therefore a pilot hole should be drilled for each fixing.

OSMO Adhesives

This adhesive has considerable early strength for immediate grab but still has more working time than other specialist adhesives. Bond strength quickly builds to a significant but elastic bond as the adhesive continues to cure.  It will bond floors on porous and non-porous substrates.

You will need a Flat V notch trowel, or a notch trowel for a dry-back wood parquet. This adhesive works with underfloor heating but follow instructions carefully.

Osmo Polyx Hardwax Oil

For interiors only, ideal for solid or engineered hardwood floors, parquet, OSB, cork flooring, wooden furniture, joinery and doors.  It can be used on desk and work surfaces too. Originally designed as a clear finish in matt, satin and gloss, the Osmo family has expanded to include Osmo Polyx tints.  

Osmo Polyx Tints
The Polyx range of colour tints includes amber, graphite, terra, white, and black. Intended for increased creativity, all tints must also be over-coated with one coat of the clear Polyx or Polyx Rapid oils. Create a perfect finish for your oak hardwood flooring.
