Extensive worktop range

We are a large timber merchant and sell solid wood worktops, including oak, iroko, and beech, from our base in Devon.  There are more colours available from an extensive worktop range, with the final buying decision largely resting on colour, size, and price.

Popular solid wood worktops

Standard worktops feature solid Beech in 40mm wide staves, which are finger jointed with glue under high pressure. The prime worktop option means more stringent matching of stave colours and appearance. When gluing is completed, the solid wood worktops are cut to size and sanded to a fine 150 grit finish. Edges are squared as standard. Finally, the installer can finish the Beech Worktops with Osmo Top Oil

European Worktops

Our worktops are primarily sourced from Europe, making it easier to monitor production quality. We don’t keep worktops on site; they are sourced directly from the Importer, and availability is usually very good. Most European worktop requirements can be met in 3 to 5 working days.  Simply call or phone with your requirements, provide payment details, and we will order for you.

Ordering Timber Worktops

Well, not quite ebony and ivory, but colours range from the very light Ash and right through to Black oak and Wenge.  Other species, such as Walnut, Zebrano, and Iroko, add a host of vibrant tones. Please email for prices.  For finishing worktops, we stock Osmo top oils, which include Clear Matt, Clear Satin, and Natural.
