This Dean 4ft Bench (D2SB) is made in the UK by a manufacturing group that was established in 1970. The group imports and processes timbers from well managed forests, with most of their products being FSC certified. All of their Hutton branded garden furniture is machined from kiln dried joinery quality Scandinavian redwood timber. All garden furniture from Hutton uses next generation Tanalith® E wood preservative and quality timber. This enables Hutton to offer a 15 year Treat-Right performance warranty on the full range of their garden products. This bench is also referred to as the Dean 2 Seater bench.

Construction using joinery grade timber

The Dean two seater bench has been a popular product in Hutton’s garden range for several years. After each timber section is machined they are pressure treated in batches with Tanalith-E wood preservative. This treatment helps protect the timber against decay and fungal attack and provides an increased service life to dip-treated products. The quality of timber and construction make this garden bench ideal for family use in a domestic environment. Also available as a 6ft. or three seater bench (D3SB)

The Dean 4ft bench normally seats two and product dimensions are as follows: Height: 1020mm, Width: 1350mm, Depth: 775mm. The total weight of this substantial garden bench is 37kg.

Delivery and assembly

At Southern Timber we offer a kerbside delivery through the Torbay, Teignbridge, Exeter, South Hams and Plymouth areas. These local deliveries are usually free, each item of garden furniture is normally supplied flat packed, with all necessary fixings and assembly instructions. The table can be delivered to many Devon & Cornwall addresses, please provide your Post Code when enquiring about deliveries.

Looking after your Garden furniture

All our Hutton garden furniture is pressure treated, the initial colour is usually a light green or honey brown colour, gradually changing over the months to a grey colour which is perfectly normal. Colours can be maintained and enhanced where required by using a pigmented oil from the Osmo UV protection range, or alternatively the timber appearance can be rejuvenated with Osmo or Liberon wood cleaners.
