Hardboard Sheets

We stock both full sized (2440mm x 1220mm) and quarter size (1220mm x 610mm) sheets of Lion Hardboard in stock. This board is 3mm thick and is still used in van linings, construction and flooring underlays. Sometimes we special order hardboard in perforated, aka pegboard, finish

Flexible Ply and Aircraft Ply

Both of these thin, specialist plys, are special order ply products. Flexible ply has the veneers laid in such a way that the product can be formed into a curve and is most often used in shopfitting applications.

Aircraft ply is made from birch ply veneers and is available to order. Sheet size is normally 1220mm x 1220mm or, 1525mm by 1525mm in the more popular 1.5mm. Thickness can be 0.4mm. 0.8mm,1.5mm or 2.00mm

Specialist MDF sheets

In addition to our normal thicknesses we can also order MDF up to 38mm thick. Other specials include MDF panels with zero formaldehyde which has been developed for environmentally sensitive interior applications.

Melamine faced MDF

Another special order product, Melamine MDF panels are available as 2440mm x 1220mm and are most popular in 18mm thickness. They can also be sourced in 6mm, 12mm, 15mm and 25mm thickness. A versatile product for shopfitting and refurbishing properties.

Oversized Ply

Most ply products are supplied as 2440mm x 1220mm, but oversize ply can often be ordered specially where 3050mm x 1525mm is required
