WISA-Spruce is a strong, rigid and light in weight plywood panel for structural uses and load-bearing applications. The panel is manufactured from certified Nordic Spruce. Spruce veneers are glued together in cross-banded construction. The product is light yet strong and is suitable for applications such as roofing, flooring, wall sheathing, packaging and joinery. The panels can be painted or machined without losing the superior characteristics of the original spruce panel.
Bonding properties of Spruce Ply
Weather resistant gluing according to EN 314-2/class 3 Exterior. Gluing fulfils the requirements of EN 13986 E1 low formaldehyde emission class.

Sawing, sanding or machining of plywood
Further processing can generate wood dust. Potential risks and instructions for safe use and handing are mostly related to formation of dust. An explosion hazard may occur if a dust cloud comes into contact with an ignition source. Check exposure limits and other regulations for dust given by local authorities. Strictest emission regulations are met, however, as all natural materials also plywood may release small quantities of formaldehyde in gaseous form.

Biological durability use class 2 according to EN 13986, 2004 + A1: 2015.
For square edge of panel please leave an installation gap of 1-2 mm per panel during installation as the panels can have dimensional changes due to changes in air humidity. Panels shall be loose laid for at least 24 hours before fixing to acclimatize wood into surrounding conditions.
Wood being a living material, every panel is unique. Thus, a photograph or a sample piece cannot represent all the panels, as regards colours, shades, graining, knots etc.
