Black Limestone offers a consistent black colour all through and has a flat surface. This stone has almost no variation in shade, being a uniform luxurious black. A dark charcoal colour when dry and unsealed, the Black Limestone becomes an intense black when wet. Sealing is recommended and will help maintain the rich black colour.
Ideal for exterior garden patios and internal use. Limestone paving is less porous and is a harder stone paving compared to sandstone. Sealer should be applied to keep the paving slabs the deep black colour as it will lighten / fade over time due to the natural properties of Black Limestone.

Note:

Caution:
The Importer recommends sealing sawn paving prior to laying. This should be with a natural stone sealant which is easily available. Don’t use any acid based cleaner on natural limestone products to wash or remove mortar stains. The chemical reaction from acid on limestone product will damage the stone surface
