This GATEMATE Adjustable Steel Gate Frame Kit is fully adjustable from 1250mm to 1950mm in height. The width is also adjustable from a minimum of 700mm up to 1200m. This adjustable robust gate kit is ideal for tasks where the project involves bespoke sizes. From the installers point of view the height and width can be adjusted within the above parameters.
Constrution details of adjustable steel gate frame kit
The steel frame of this adjsutable gate is made from box section steel. The outer telescopic sections are formed with 35mm x 35mm square hillow secton. The inner telescopic section is made using 30mm x 30mm square hollow section. Both corner and T-Joints are formed with full welds, then linished and polishedn before coating.
Gate frame type of finish
Final fiish for the steel frame invlves coating witha Dacromet zinc-coating before blackblack powder zinc-coating whic is salt-spray tested in-house by is tested in-house at the manufacturers.
