(TLS) Triangular Log Store

This Triangular Log Store (TLS) is part of the Hutton Garden range made in Britain. The Log Store is made using quality kiln dried Scandinavian redwood timber. All Hutton timber components are machined and then pressure treated with preservative. Modular design and components help to provide a cohesive product range. Many of the Hutton range of tables, picnic benches, chairs, arches and arbours are also available from stock. Finally, other products are available to special order.

Joinery Quality Redwood Timber

The Triangular Log Store is made in Britain. Huttons are part of Severn Valley Woodworks, a British manufacturing group that was established in 1970. The group imports and processes timbers from well managed forests, most products being FSC certified. Their garden furniture and landscaping products are made using Scandinavian redwood pine timber. After the redwood sections are machined they are pressure treated in batches with Tanalith-E wood preservative. This treatment helps protect the timber against decay and fungal attack.

Durable redwood timber and next generation Tanalith E preservative normally leads to a longer service life than dipped products. Therefore, Hutton offer a 15 Year Treat-Right Warranty on their Tanalised products

Functionality and style

The Triangular Log Store uses planed timber throughout. The principle functions of the log stores is to keep logs and kindling neat and tidy. The design should also allow the logs to breath so that they can dry out naturally. Close proximity to the house is desirable so the log store needs to look good to! We can supply similar planed timbers produced by the same manufacturing group. A Tradesman could then integrate this log store within a larger garden project. Finally, there is plenty of scope to put some stain or water repellent paint on this planed log store.

Looking after your Garden furniture

All our Hutton garden furniture is pressure treated to help protect the timber against decay and fungal attack. This pressure treatment, Tanalith E, starts as a light green but changes to a light honey brown, then after 18-24 months to a grey colour which is perfectly normal.Colours can be maintained and enhanced where required by using Osmo 420 UV protection oil or other wood stains. If the timber has gone grey the timber appearance can probably be rejuvenated with Osmo or Liberon wood cleaners.

At Southern Timber we offer a kerbside delivery through the Torbay, Teignbridge, Exeter, South Hams and Plymouth areas. Although this is usually free delivery, some deliveries will be chargeable depending on location and the order total value.Hutton Garden furniture is normally supplied flat packed. Each product being supplied with a bag of fixings and assembly instructions.
