The Horizontal Lattice Top Panel was introduced in March 2010 to provide more choice in Southern Timber’s panel range. This lattice top panel combines the benefit of a privacy panel with a 300mm (approx. 12”) of diamond latticework. These panels are decorative but offer durability by combining a robust specification, quality materials and pressure treated timbers. Also avaialable to complement the Horizontal Lattice Top Panel is the Horizontal Gate

Panel design and manufacture

The fencing Horizontal slats are machined to a smooth finish and then secured with vertical battens. This helps to produce a sturdy privacy panel that reduces wind load by allowing some air to pass through the structure. Each panel is topped with a diamond lattice which gives some privacy without restricting too much light into the garden. These quality fence panels are finished with a channeled frame around all panel edges. Construction fixings are stainless steel. The panels are manufactured in Poland and then exported to the Eastern coast of England for distribution

All our fence panels are pressure treated with preservative to increase service life. These fencing panels are pressure treated with a light green preservative which mellows in colour when exposed to daylight. The panels can be supported with either 75mm (3”) or 100mm (4”) posts when installing. We stock sawn, planed and 15 year warranty post options in stock along with quick-setting Postcrete. Other associated products include Panel Clips, Gates, Osmo Natural Woodstains and Planed Gravel Boards.

Panel Size Options

Half-panels are not available, but different size panels can be made using materials bought separately. Our Trade customers usually place batten down both faces of the panel at the desired size and then saw the panel down to whatever is required. We supply 1.8 metre panel channeling to help produce a neat and professional finish. We also have available for construction or repair, battens & slats from the same Supplier.
