TGV Panels – Tongue and V Groove
These tanalised TGV panels represent a quality privacy fencing option. While they have a classic, traditional appearance they also have a contemporary, smoother finish. The panels offer durability by combining a robust specification with quality materials and pressure treated timber.
Panel Design and Manufacture
The panel frames are made with a smooth timber of finished sizes 95mm x 45mm. These timbers are rebated in the factory so the 14mm finished TGV boards can fit flush against the framing. This framing is then finished with two vertical and two horizontal timber rails – this produces a sturdy privacy panel where the TGV boards minimise the possibility of any gaps. The TGV boards are machined from a 125mm width Scandinavian redwood. Panel sizes are as follows:
3′ Panels available 1.83 metre wide x 0.91 metre high (6’ wide x 3’ high)
4′ Panels available 1.83 metre wide x 1.22 metre high (6’ wide x 4’high)
5′ Panels available 1.83 metre wide x 1.52 metre high (6’ wide x 5’ high)
6′ panels available 1.83 metre wide x 1.83 metre high (6’ wide x 6’ high)
Associated Products
These fencing panels are pressure treated with a light green preservative which mellows in colour when exposed to daylight. Any cross cuts or drilled holes should be treated with Ensele End grain treatment. We would recommend the panels are supported with 100mm posts, either the standard tanalised post or alternatively the 15 year Warranty Permapost. Planed 100mm posts and planed gravel boards offer finishing options. A matching style gate – Highgrove – is also available.
