Metal Deck Box’s Appearance
This Metal Deck Box Anthracite is a storage product, made from galvanised steel in a rattan weave effect. The appearance is more decorative than normally associated with this type of storage unit.
Metal Box Construction
While we are a Timber Merchant we recognise that sometimes other materials are probably more appropriate. For example, wooden and plastic storage boxes might allow rodents to chew their way in and steal animal feed. Therefore this box is constructed from galvanised steel. Because air circulation around the box is important it is advisable that the metal box is placed on pressure treated bearers. While the Metal Deck Box is robust it is best to keep it from sitting in pooled water. The box is intended for use as static storage, not for transporting materials. The Metal Deck Box is fire and rot resistant.

This storage box has an external height of 665mm and a width of 1320mm. The depth is 690mm and all these dimensions include the lid overhang
Supplied Finish and Painting
This metal deck box is manufactured from galvanised metal steel. The product is supplied in a contemporary Anthracite Grey finish. If preferred there is also a dark brown version of this storage box. The Assembly Instructions list several precautions to help prevent, or slow down any development of rust. In general this is a low maintenance product.
