The Quick-Step Imperio collection is part of the Quick-Step parquet flooring range. The Quick-Step range features engineered wood, laminate and luxury vinyl floors.

Dark Chestnut Oak Extra Matt IMP5104S

Firstly the pack size for the Dark Chestnut Oak Extra Matt is 1.936 square metres and each pack contains 4 planks. Each plank is 2200mm in length with a width of 220mm. Thickness of these engineered flooring board is 14mm. The top wear layer of oak is 3.2mm and the boards have a spruce core board. These Dark Chestnut Oak boards have a large bevel on all 4 sides and the boards are very dark in colour. The flooring has a matt finish. You might also consider the Palazzo Cinnamon

Floor grades included in the Imperio range are all Vibrant, except the Rough Grey Oak Oiled which is Marquant grade. The boards are deep brushed so as to highlight the natural grain of the wood planks. Natural knots are a feature of this product, they are not all fully filled. Finally, these engineered oak boards are finished with two coats of UV cured oil.

Click or Glue Installation

The flooring can be installed quickly and easily using the Uniclic Multifit system. Professional installers claim floor installations of up to 30% faster than with traditional installation methods. Both Click and Glue versions are compatible with low temperature underfloor heating.

Warranty

Parquet floors bearing the trade mark Quick-Step® are warranted to be free of manufacturing errors or material defects. This residential warranty is for the lifetime (up to 33 years) of the product. Also covered are the Uniclic® connections between the various parquet panels. Therefore the original, dated purchase invoice must be retained. Residential warranties are also subject to number of Terms and Conditions. Commercial installations have to apply directly to Quick-Step to request a warranty.

Direct and Free deliveries
Delivery can be made to most Mainland UK addresses. The Hauliers indicate a 2-5 working day lead time for most products dependant on stock. Purchases over £500 including VAT are eligible for free delivery. Any purchases under £500 will incur a delivery charge of £48 including VAT.

Delivery requirements
Please note that the hauliers normally require access for a large delivery lorry. If there are any difficulties for larger vehicles or any possible access restrictions then please advise and we will request a smaller lorry wherever possible.

This is a kerbside delivery so there will need to be an able-bodied person on site to put the flooring under cover and sign for the delivery.
