A combination of using latest generation Tanalith E wood preservative, careful pre-treatment timber preparations, the use of high quality pine timbers and approved treatment procedures allow us to offer a 15 Year TREATED-RIGHT Performance Warranty.

This warranty is available on Hutton Garden Products and also on the Severn Valley range of decking and cladding products.

The 15 Year TREATED-RIGHT Performance Warranty covers the failure of these products from wood decay and insect attack giving you total confidence in their long term performance.

Rowlinson and Forest Garden Ptoducts are noiw open again, new orders were online when we re-opended on Tuesday 2nd of January. These should be processed fairly quickly and stock will begin flowing.  Orders for compost bins and raised beds are always popular at this time of year

What size do I order my timber in please?

Anything you like, you can order your carcassing as 2” x 2” timber, or maybe ask for 44mm x 44mm? They are in fact one and the same, see more on 47m carcassing here. Our staff are quite used to mixed sizes and - without thinking – we might suggest you get 2” timber along with a sheet of 18mm ply. For anybody new to the industry it can be tricky, primarily because metrication has been introduced in phases - paper and board in 1971, building regulations in 1972 and cheese wholesaling in 1978.

Millboard’s decking boards are manufactured to high standards.

If you are registering Millboard decking boards, edging or fascia boards they will issue you with either a 25 Year Limited Structural Decking Warranty or a 5 Year Limited Structural Decking Warranty, depending on the installation application of the boards. You must register within 90 days of purchase and ensure the Millboard’s Durafix® fixings have been used to fix the decking to the subframe.

If you are registering Millboard Envello products they will issue you with a 15 Year Limited Structural Cladding Warranty. This registration must be done within 90 days of purchase.

Its finally arrived! Our brand new website is finally live after months of hardwork.

Whats new on the website?

Our website has been completely renovated. It has a direct link to our in house price and stock servers which constantly show the live prices and stock availabilty all within a fully automated system. Every item that is displayed on our site is identical to our system in store making it easier to check if an item is in stock without calling the office. The price is also linked directly to our system in store. It is also set up for nationwide deliverys for pretty much any product. Over 6000 products with images and descriptive text all available to purchase for either collection or delivery, this is a massive leap from our previous site which only featured small shop items and mainly the James Hardie fibre cement cladding boards.

Rowlinson Garden Products are one of our "drop-ship" suppliers. Rowlinson deliver garden products from their Warehouse direct to customer's addresses throughout most of mainland UK.  They have been working through Autumn on 7 days lead time but they have now reached the point where this can no longer be guaranteed. Couriers are now experiencing their busiest time of  year and the situation is not helped by the ongoing dispute at Royal Mail and Parcelforce. 

Today, 6th December 2022, is thier last guaranteed day for Rowlinson delivery before Xmas.  There will be no deliveries between 22nd December and 4th January 2023 inclusive. Rowlinson Offices will be closed from midday on 21stDecember until 8.15am on 3rd January

Once again we approach that time of year. Our Christmas Opening Hours for 2023 have been decided so please be aware of our opening/closing times over the festive period.

Christmas Deliveries

The last day for deliveries this year is Thursday 22nd December, then we begin deliveries to customers again  on Wednesday 4th January 2023.
