Millboard Envello Cladding

The Millboard range has been incredibly popular and demand has grown for a similar cladding product. Envello Cladding is that product – composite cladding that has been hand-moulded using carefully selected natural timbers. The cladding is designed for low maintenance and visual impact

Envello Shadow Line profile or Envello Board and Batten profile?

There’s a choice of two profiles and four colours to provide different styles for almost every property type. Years of development of Millboard products has helped to produce a composite cladding designed to stand the test of time.
Shadow Line Cladding is available in Antique Oak (MCG360A) , Golden Oak (MCG360G) , Burnt Cedar (MCG360R) or Smoked Oak (MCG360D). There is also a matched colour range of ancillary trims. Shadow Line boards are designed to replicate a smoother timber with a flat-grain finish.

The Board & Batten cladding products have the same colour selection, but watch the different codes. Board & Batten Cladding is available in Antique Oak (MCB360A) , Golden Oak (MCB360G) , Burnt Cedar (MCB360R) or Smoked Oak (MCB360D). Once again there are matching colour ancillary trims. Board & Batten boards do not focus on the smoother finish but their grain finish does mean they sit well in either traditional or contemporary installations.
Both profile of boards can be installed horizontally or vertically, depending on design preference. Other features include a chamfered cut of the profiles so any rain helps to naturally clean the boards, reducing maintenance. Envello cladding boards lock together with a specially designed tongue and groove for added rigidity and increased installation speed. The tongue and groove has been profiled with a relief angle to allow the boards to curve when used vertically. The tongue of the board features a notch which the fixings are aligned with, this gives a “secret nailing” finish.
